Our Intake Coordinator, Holly Ito, will contact you to discuss which therapists currently have openings, scheduling and other details.
What to expect for counseling
Secure Client Portal
After booking your appointment with our Intake Coordinator, make sure you complete the intake ‘paperwork’ through the Secure Client Portal (an invitation is emailed to you) 24 hours before your first appointment. If you cannot complete it online, simply come 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete it on paper in the lobby.
Park to the left or right of the front door. Just don’t park in the spots marked ‘Reserved',’ please.
Have a seat in the lobby, and your counselor will come and greet you at the time of your appointment.
In the first session we will go over your intake paperwork you filled out online. We will discuss some basic background information, your mental health history and goals for counseling.
