What to Expect

What to expect on your first day of counseling.

Intake Process

  1. Contact our office (email, call, fax) to inquire about openings. Phones are answered Mon-Thu 9am-4pm and Fridays 9am-1pm.

  2. To tell if we can help you we need three pieces of information from you:

    • For what type of issues are you seeking help?

    • When can you meet with a counselor?

    • Do you have an insurance plan you wish to use and what is it?

  3. Our Intake Coordinator, Holly Ito, will contact you to discuss which therapists currently have openings, scheduling and other details.

If you cannot complete it online, simply come 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete it on paper in the lobby.
