Services

NAWC provides mental health counseling to adults, youth, children, couples & families. We serve the Mid-Willamette Valley in person and all of Oregon via telehealth.

Fees & Insurance

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and a $75 late fee for no-shows or late-cancellations. Manage your appointments 24-hours a day through our Secure Client Portal.

Accepted Insurances:

Professional Counselor Associates: Blue Cross/Regence, IHN, OHP Open Card, PacificSource, Providence, United (UBH/UMR/UHC/Optum) and self pay

Licensed Counselors: Blue Cross/Regence, IHN, Moda, OHP Open Card, PacificSource, Providence, Samaritan, United (UBH/UMR/UHC/Optum) and self pay

Sliding Fee Scale: available upon request

Accepted forms of payment: Card, cash, check, PayPal or health savings accounts (HSA)

Therapy sessions are 45-53 minutes. Payment is due at time of service.

In order to bill insurance we will need to determine a billable diagnosis. Not all mental health diagnoses are covered by insurance.

We cannot bill: Primary Medicare, Tricare/VA, PacificSource OHP


Clients with Intercommunity Health Network (IHN)
Please make sure to communicate with us if:

  • Your IHN coverage ends or you know it will be ending soon

  • You move counties and switch from one CCO to another

  • You have or acquire another type of insurance in addition to IHN 

If you have not already communicated insurance changes with IHN and OHP, you'll need to call:

If you need assistance with your OHP/IHN benefits, you can speak with an OHP Navigator at the Linn/Benton County Health Department in person or on the phone. Walk-ins are available but you can also make an appointment. Navigators can help with - updating coverage, helping members reapply, adding members to their coverage, billing issues, and even giving members information on how to use their benefits.

There are times we may need to pause services while insurance is sorted out and portals are updated. It is best to let us know about changes as early as possible.
