We provide individual counseling to adults and teens as well as couples counseling.
Dr. James Clay's diagnostic services are for pediatric through geriatric clients. His counseling is for ages 12 and up.

Client recently discharged from an inpatient care facility (Psychiatric ward, Drug Rehab, etc.).
Court or DHS-mandated therapy.
Children who have experienced recent sexual molestation.
Active eating disorders.
Clients in active recovery from drug or substance abuse.
Clients unwilling to be in therapy.
Sex offender rehabilitation.
PTSD trauma cases will be taken on a case-by-case basis (rape, assault, domestic violence, war veterans with PTSD).
We do not have a psychiatric prescriber.

Insurances we accept:
LPC & MFT Interns (Spencer Wharton, Jessika Vorderstrasse, Rosa Keam): PacificSource Providence, United HealthCare (UHC), Optum and self-pay.

Accepted forms of payment are: card, cash, check, PayPal or health savings accounts (HSA).
Therapy sessions are 45-53 minutes.
A sliding scale may be available on a case-by-case basis.
Payment is due at time of service.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and a $50 late fee for no-shows or late-cancellations.
