Use of Information: Your mobile number is used exclusively to send you requested updates, appointment reminders, and wellness notifications.
No Sharing of Mobile Data: We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease your mobile data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent Exemption: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from North Albany Wellness Center, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Program Description: You may receive appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and relevant wellness notifications from North Albany Wellness Center.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with our clinic.
Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your plan.
How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting us at 541-760-2197 or help@northalbanywellnesscenter.com.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
