Thank you for your interest in our practice. We truly appreciate your patience as we work to provide the highest quality of care to our community.

Current Availability:

We are currently working through our waitlist and filling openings for the following counselors with waitlisted clients first:

All other counselors currently have a waitlist. We are happy to add your name to the list once your inquiry comes in, and we will reach out to you personally once an opening becomes available.

Before completing an Intake Inquiry, please ensure your clinical needs align with the specialties of our available counselors.

Insurance & Billing Limitations

We are unable to bill the following insurance providers:

Cigna, VA, Tricare, Medicare, and PacificSource OHP.

Oregon Health Authority Update: Please be aware of a proposed OHA policy taking effect in October 2026 regarding Associate-level counselors and IHN/OHP clients.

Specialized Referrals

To ensure you receive the most appropriate care, we refer out for the following (as they fall outside our current scope of practice):

Court or DHS-mandated therapy / Custody issues
Eating disorders
Active recovery from substance abuse (case-by-case)
Medication management & psychiatric prescriptions
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters
Non-voluntary clients
