I believe that every person has the capacity to learn, grow, and heal, and I am committed to hearing your story, working with you to identify goals, and supporting you along your journey. I approach therapy from a wellness-based model; this means that our work will be less focused on treating your problems in isolation, and more focused on helping you move toward integrative health. The theories that guide my practice are culturally competent, strengths based, and trauma-informed; I believe that you are the expert on your life, and I am honored to join you in this chapter.
