“ I offer a client-centered approach and aim to see clients holistically (including emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual). My approach is through Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which explores the implementation of healthy emotional regulation and mindfulness. I encourage the safe exploration of complex trauma, learning acceptance, and encouragement to feel understood in your unique healing journey. Throughout counseling, I guide clients to identify their goals and create a positive sense of progressive healing. Overall, clients should feel encouraged through empowerment, strengthened in their intrapersonal relationships, and supported in their healing process. Spiritual-focused counseling can be identified and offered if desired.”
